Information used for care
We use your mobile number to locate an existing patient record. If no record is found, we collect the registration details you provide to create one in the clinic's healthcare system. We use these details to arrange and manage your appointment and care.
Health education and clinic updates
Marketing consent is optional and separate from registration. Declining it does not affect your care or appointment. You may withdraw consent by contacting the clinic.
Access and protection
Clinic staff and authorised service providers may access information only as needed to operate the service and provide care. Do not use a shared device if others can access your browser session.
Your choices
Contact She Health Clinic to request access or correction, withdraw optional communications, or ask a privacy question. Medical records may need to be retained where healthcare or legal requirements apply.
